As I did with the Orca-Skate logo, I was inspired to explore how the logo might look on an official NHL jersey. I designed two jersey mock-ups using the iconic skate-era colour palette to give fans a glimpse of its potential in a real-world setting. The mock-ups were created in Adobe Photoshop to maintain authenticity and detail.
After blending the classic Canucks skate logo with the fierce identity of the Vancouver Grizzlies, I experimented with various colour themes to explore the full range of this crossover concept. I developed 4 unique logo variations, each version draws influence from different moments in both teams’ visual histories, offering a bold reimagining of Vancouver’s sports culture. All designs were created using Adobe Illustrator.
